Payment options: Heir Bears accepts personal checks or money orders. If you prefer, a direct transfer may be made using Paypal. We also take credit cards: Mastercard and Visa . Credit card orders may be placed by phoning, faxing or emailing the account number & expiration date of the card, billing name and address, and the three-digit card verification number/security code from the back of the card. A small processing fee will be charged on all credit card orders. Shipping: Shipping is by U.S Priority Mail or UPS, insured. Within the continental U.S. the charge is approximately $15.00 for one bear, depending upon the bear's size, destination and amount of insurance. The actual shipping charges will always be calculated based on your zip code and the weight of the package. Layaways: Layaways are accepted. Call or email to discuss terms. Gift Certificates: If you are not certain exactly which bear to buy for that special someone, gift certificates are available. Return policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. No teddy bear wants to be with an unhappy owner! The bear must be returned within three days, in same condition, priority mail insured, for a full refund of the purchase price.
